A tasty dessert is dirt cake. It’s a hit with children. The cake looks a lot like dirt. That adds to the fun.

But healthy eating doesn’t preclude dirt cake. Only have a taste. Or save it for the day you get a little treat. Long term eating makes or breaks a diet. A treat now and then won’t hurt.
