Distilled water helps me to get down a lot of capsules each day

There is no shortage of types of water, however which one should I drink? My choice is to use water that has been distilled. These are my reasons.

I must take many capsules every day. Many means almost 50 pills daily. Clearly, this is a big number. I do not have much choice, but to get down all these pills a few at a time without throwing them up.

Because of the side effects of some drugs I have been required to use, complications have arisen. I have to swallow more pills that counteract these prior medical problems. For example, I have gotten osteoporosis and have needed to take natural calcium tablets every day. This resulted from the very high doses of Prednisone, because of my Crohn’s disease. So now I have to swallow two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to counter this bone calcium problem. That is the reason why I am required to get down so many pills each day. When taking my pills, I often find it very hard because of the chemicals that have been added to our tap water.

I’m not sure why, but my county gets water with lots of chlorine. I can really smell it. I get legally required and published water analyses that indicate the district’s water gets supplemented with many chemicals. These chemicals worry me.

I expect that some chemicals would be there, because the water flows out of nature. However, the additives are a problem for me. The water company serves so many people, and they must ensure that the local water supply is will not make us sick. Mineral water is those bottled water who have less than 250 per million minerals in the water.People have different thinkings about the minerals whether it is good or it is bad for our health. However its usefulness has not been proved yet, though some may believe in it because of its better test.
